The mechanic crew and the gentlemen at the front desk were welcoming, personable, and thorough with their questions. They encouraged me to stay in the office, read a book and enjoy their coffee while they did a detailed analysis of my radiator. I left with a quote and a good piece of mind that this shop and its people are doing their best to run a respectable business that cares about their customers and vehicles

I came in for a routine oil change although I called the day before I did not schedule appointment so when I called again they were able to fit me in the same day. Very kind very efficient even quicker than I thought I was almost concerned with it even a complete oil change but everything seemed fine and nothing seemed abnormal the car checked out fine so I assume everything was good. They are definitely friendly I have known other people including friends and family who have came in the past so I felt good about coming there too. I would definitely come back for an oil change and or any other services I appreciate kindness fairness honesty and affordable prices.

Brought my car into Villa the day after Christmas because my engine warning light was on. Turned out my 2013 Prius needed a new water pump. Leo ordered the pump and repair was completed within hours. Thank you for your great service!

They always manage to fit you in and the staff is wonderful. The best prices around. I will definitely be a return customer for all my vehicles.

We were towed to Villa Automotive as a drop-in and were able to wait for a very reasonable amount of time while a small part was replaced in my transmission linkage. The staff member who assisted us was friendly, helpful and kept us informed on the progress. We will absolutely continue to use Villa Automotive.
