Ron and the crew at Villa saved us! We arrived late Friday night to Cambria for a memorial service when we discovered that our rear brakes were gone! We called several local repair shops (all closed on weekends) and then decided to branch out to SLO on the off chance we could get some help to be able to get home for work on Monday. We towed our truck to the shop (not seeing the shop or knowing exactly where it was being towed) early Saturday morning and Ron and his crew had it ready to go for us Saturday afternoon. When we arrived Sunday morning to pick it up and saw the shop and met the mechanic and office attendant, we were super impressed with the operation and the people we had entrusted with our vehicle. Top notch in every way. Having owned a machine shop and served clients 24/7 ourselves, we appreciated how the shop was organized, kept and maintained with pride. The workmanship was stellar and the service was over and above anything we could have hoped for. Thank you everyone at Villa for everything you did for us!

Need to star service center for smog inspection. Fast easy recently priced, fair, and professional.

I needed a smog inspection at a star station. I first went to Gerber’s Auto Services in Cambria but they are not a star facility, though they did not ask me if I needed star facility when I made the appointment, so I got shutdown there by a surly women at the desk. I called Villa Automotive and they were super friendly on the phone. They confirmed they are a star facility and said come on in but with the age of my car it may take a while. I got there and the guy checking me in was very friendly. He took the car into the shop. While they ran the tests I relaxed and read a book in the spacious and comfortable waiting room. After fewer than 15 minutes the testing was completed. All in all a great experience.

Wait time was brief and front desk was very effluent and pleasant

Took me in last minute to do a break and Light inspection for a salavage title. Super nice staff and made a bad situation a little nicer.
